You choose the jobs, you set your price, and every job runs through SummitOS — invitations, bids, awards, field documentation and payment records in one place.

Get Your SummitOS Invite
We review your application and email your company owner an invitation to SummitOS.
Step 3
Complete Onboarding
Sign the subcontractor agreement, upload your W-9 and insurance, and add your field team.
Step 4
Bid and Get Awarded
Receive requests for quote in your area, submit line-item bids and accept awarded work.
Fleet camera and video telematics, GPS and telematics devices, ELDs, antennas, equipment replacement and removal, and configuration and testing — on trucks, vans, buses and other fleet vehicles.
An established installation business, a W-9, current business insurance, and field technicians who can pass a background check before they're assigned to a job. We walk you through the details during onboarding.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Applying, onboarding and using SummitOS to receive and bid on work are free for installation companies.
Am I required to take every job?
No. You receive requests for quote for work in your area and decide which ones to bid on. You only commit to a job when you accept an awarded work offer.
How is pricing set?
You submit your own line-item price for each job. Summit reviews bids on scope, quality and price — the lowest bid doesn't win automatically.
What happens after I apply?

Do my installers need background checks?
Yes. Only field personnel whose background check has been approved can be assigned to Summit jobs. We explain the process during onboarding.
